HiveCare provides deletion processes designed to protect user information while respecting required retention periods.

Deleting Your Account

Users can request account deletion directly from the application:

My Profile → Danger Zone → Delete my account

After deletion is requested:

• A 30-day grace period allows users to cancel the request through the email link provided.
• Identity information such as name, email, phone number, photo, and credentials is erased after the grace period.

Retained Information

Some information may continue to be retained when required:

• Clinical content.
• Audit logs.
• Records required by HIPAA requirements or the organization.

Attachments are securely disposed of when their retention period ends.
