Install HiveCare on Android

Requirements

• An Android phone or tablet running a currently supported version of Android.
• An invitation from your organization’s administrator (see Create Your HiveCare Account) — you’ll need your email and password to log in after installing.

Steps

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Search for HiveCare.
3. Select Install.
4. Once installed, open the app from your app drawer or home screen.
5. Log in with your email and password — see Mobile App Login Guide.

After installing

• Allow notifications when prompted so you don’t miss messages and alerts — see Enable Push Notifications.
• Your data (conversations, team, notifications) automatically syncs with the web app; see Syncing Data Between Devices.
