First Steps in HiveCare

A short checklist for your first day on HiveCare.

Checklist

• Log in and set your password from your invitation email — see Create Your HiveCare Account.
• Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy — required before you can use the app.
• Complete your profile — name, photo, preferred language. See Complete Your Profile Setup.
• Review your notification preferences so you don’t miss anything important. See Notifications Center.
• Explore your dashboard to see what’s relevant to your role — see Understanding the Dashboard.
• Send your first message to a teammate. See Messaging & Conversations.
• Install the mobile app if you’ll need HiveCare on the go — see Install HiveCare on iOS or Install HiveCare on Android.
• Turn on push notifications on mobile so you get alerts in real time — see Enable Push Notifications.
• Check Profile → Security and make sure you recognize every listed device and session.
