Messaging on Mobile
The mobile app gives you the same Messaging experience as the web app, optimized for your phone — see Messaging & Conversations for the full feature set.
Starting a conversation
- Tap the Messages tab.
- Tap New message.
- Choose one teammate for a direct message, or several for a group.
- Type your message and send.
Notifications while you’re away from the app
With push notifications enabled, new messages reach you even when HiveCare isn’t open — see Enable Push Notifications. Tapping a message notification opens that conversation directly.
Keeping up across devices
If you also use HiveCare on the web, conversations stay in sync — read on your phone, read everywhere. See Syncing Data Between Devices.
Muting a conversation
Long-press (or swipe, depending on your device) a conversation in the list to mute it if you don’t want notifications from it, without leaving the conversation.
