Install HiveCare on iOS/iPadOS

Requirements

• An iPhone or iPad running a currently supported version of iOS/iPadOS.
• An invitation from your organization’s administrator (see Create Your HiveCare Account) — you’ll need your email and password to log in after installing.

Steps

1. Open the App Store on your device (iPhone or iPad).
2. Search for HiveCare.
3. Select Get (or the cloud/download icon) and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted.
4. Once installed, open the app from your home screen.
5. Log in with your email and password — see Mobile App Login Guide.

After installing

• Allow notifications when prompted so you don’t miss messages and alerts — see Enable Push Notifications.
• Your data (conversations, team, notifications) automatically syncs with the web app; see Syncing Data Between Devices.
