Web App Settings
Settings is where you manage your personal preferences and, if you’re an administrator, your organization’s configuration.
Personal settings
- Profile — name, photo, contact details.
- Language — English or Spanish; controls the app and all emails HiveCare sends you.
- Notifications — see Notifications Center.
- Security — password, active sessions, and known devices.
Organization settings (administrators only)
- Organization profile — name, logo, and general details.
- Roles — create and manage custom roles. See User Roles & Permissions.
- Billing — subscription and payment details.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of your personal Settings, a collapsed Danger Zone contains irreversible or sensitive actions, like deleting your account. It’s collapsed by default so it’s never one accidental tap away — see How do I delete my account? for what that flow involves.
