End-to-End Encryption

HiveCare uses encryption to protect information throughout the platform.

Encryption at Rest

Messages, attachments, and sensitive fields are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before they reach the database or storage systems.

Encryption in Transit

All traffic between HiveCare users and the platform is protected using TLS encryption.

Production environments also apply:

• HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
• Strict security headers.

Voice Call Privacy

HiveCare voice calls are not recorded.

When users make a 1:1 call:

• The microphone is used in real time.
• Audio is not stored.
• Only call information such as participants, time, and duration may be logged.
